We offer a service which fully satisfies the implicit and the explicit demands of the client, creating and consolidating in time a business relationship of trust and fulfilment.

The foundation on which our policy is based is that of ensuring our client’s complete satisfaction through the realization of a Quality System in accordance with the requirements of the regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, with the intention of pursuing continuous improvement of the services offered.

The three macro objectives identified are:

• Increase in Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA)

• Customer satisfaction and development of customer loyalty

• Commitment and involvement of all resources
  

We intend to reach these objectives in the following ways:

• Periodic checking of the cash flow, intervention on cost reduction through rationalization of purchasing policies and increase in sales through efficient policies and management.
• Focusing attention on the fulfilment of the client’s requests, on the interpretation of his needs and on the surveying and analysis of data so that the correct interpretation of these factors steer us towards actions more suitable for the desired supply of services. The ability to achieve the client’s satisfaction will be measured by assessing reference points such as: complaints and their relative costs, clients’ confirmation of  subsequent projects, verification of the achievement of  set goals for each single process.
• Making certain that each collaborator carries out his job keeping in mind the objectives relative to the process and those determined periodically during management review. Of fundamental importance for this purpose is the observance of the contents of  the quality management system. The level of application will be monitored through analysis of non-conformances.
