Two marquee events, which up to today had been independent and promoted by the Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes Españoles de Productos de Limpieza e Higiene (ASFEL) and by the Italian Association of Professional Cleaning Equipment Manufacturers (AFIDAMP), have merged to efficiently cover the needs of the industry.
The objective of the agreement is to transform this appointment into the reference event for the industry in the Iberian Peninsula, further strengthening its widespread appeal in terms of the exhibition offer and the professionals who will visit the event.
In order to organise an event that would appeal to the entire industry, Hygienalia and Pulire have signed an agreement to plan a single biennial event that would bring in the whole professional cleaning and sanitation industry to the Iberian Peninsula. This led to the foundation of HYGIENALIA+PULIRE, the Professional Cleaning and Sanitation Exhibition, sponsored by ASFEL, Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes Españoles de Productos de Limpieza e Higiene, and organised by Feria Valencia, Reed Exhibitions and the Italian Association of Professional Cleaning Equipment Manufacturers (AFIDAMP).
The event will be held at the Feria Valencia exhibition centre between 31 January and 2 February 2012, thus meeting the demands of the industry. Most of the companies that supported the two individual exhibitions have expressed their intention to continue to support this new project. The strategic and economic value of the professional cleaning industry in Spain warrants a specific, dedicated event, developed especially for this segment. Furthermore, Hygienalia+Pulire will be an innovative event, since it is being organised by the industry for the industry, with the objective of giving utmost importance to the interests of the exhibitors and professional visitors. Josep Pinent, President of ASFEL and the Organisational Committee, made a point of underlining how "the convergence of Hygienalia and Pulire is a real positive step toward giving visibility to the variety of segments that make up the industry, increasing its importance on the market, with the specific, essential and priority objective of creating value for visitors and exhibitors. To the former and the latter, I want to say, 'See you in Valencia!'
